1. What is the rationale for the program and the subsequent learning objectives?
- Consider what the learner will know and be able to do at the end of the program and why this will help them and the organization
2. How will success of the program be measured?
- Consider engagement of the learner and other performance hub members, knowledge gain (tests, quizzes and evidence of application), impact back in the workplace (via feedback from hub members and the learner)
3. Who will be involved in supporting the learner on their learning journey?
- Consider who should be included in the performance hub (contacts), and the nature and frequency of their involvement
4. What different activities will ensure that learners not only know but are confident to apply the knowledge back in the workplace?
- Consider “reflect, do and check with feedback” activities. These ask the learner to display how they are, or intend to, apply the knowledge or skills. These activities then insist on the learner getting quality feedback
5. How will the program be introduced to the users and stakeholders?
- Consider how you are going to introduce the program and how senior leaders could help
