You've set up your theme, built out the curriculum and are in a position to launch the program with your first cohort of participants.
However, first we recommend running through the following list to be sure that everything is in place.
- Branding through color scheme and logos
- Activity content:
- All links open correct location (including synopsis hyperlinks)
- Questions populated in forms
- Questions populated in quizzes
- SCORM content loads
- Package and quiz activities have ‘Scored’ toggled on
- Activity icons and duration – check ‘Program’ view in front-end
- Gateways – check the sections that are locked and the activities that will unlock them
- Engagement activities:
- Ask participants to fill out their profile
- Ask participants to visit the contacts page to see who’s in their performance hub
- Ask participants to check-in /arrange a meeting with those in their hub
- Encourage use of the comments section at the bottom of each activity to connect with hub
- Include two-part form activities to elicit specific feedback from hub members on their learners’ performance to stimulate development. Could ask the learner to upload a piece of evidence/work and get feedback from a hub member, e.g. mentor
- Set activities to require approval and feedback to ensure hub members are engaging with their learners and supporting their journey
- Hub setup: check role and relationship types have correct capabilities
- Participant import spreadsheet populated with first names, last names and email addresses
- Participant import spreadsheet populated with tags (if necessary)
- Participant relationships correctly assigned (so that approval and feedback activities are sent to the correct individuals)
- Launch email to make participants aware of the program and what they should expect, such as the welcome email from system with link to set password
